Construction activity for the Lakeside Estate included earthworks, roadworks, stormwater, sewer, water, recycled water and common service/electrical installation.  Project specifics across the stages involved substantial swale excavation, large culvert installations, interface with / upgrade of existing local roads including roundabout construction.  Construction of the 10 stages was completed between mid-2008 through to mid-2011.
